The Studio
Cat Moves hosts pole parties at Angel City Yoga on Saturday evenings. The studio features beautiful hardwood floors, huge mirrors, candle lighting and a rockin' sound system. The studio offers plenty of space to dance, spin and shake it!

Instruction
Our program is gentle but challenging and is developed for all fitness levels. We start off the evening with a toast to the occasion and we begin by introducing a slow, sensual warm up. Exotic dance movements and poses will be shown along with sexy pole positions and spins that will awaken your senses. We teach simple step-by-step moves based on individual strength and ability.
Every willing participant will be able to give, as well as receive, a tasteful erotic lap dance. Everyone will learn how use lap dancing to support healthy intimacy with a partner. This is an essential skill for any new bride!
Finally, your instructor will provide an amazing pole dance and/or burlesque performance for your party!

What to Wear:
We will start with learning the movements, so guests should bring yoga style clothes they can move in. We do floorwork and knee pads are a good idea to make the experience more comfortable. After we learn the basic moves, we'll add costume items. You might consider bringing a tiara or special boa to celebrate the special woman of the evening.

Guests are encouraged to bring or wear any of the following items:

fedora hat
silk scarf
slinky dress or skirt
stilettos
Sexy corset
fishnet stockings
men's button up shirt with cute lingerie underneath
anything that inspires them ....

Prices:
2 hour party for up to 6 women - $300
2 hour party for up to 9 women - $450
2 hour party for up to 12 women - $600
2 hour party for 13+ women - $700**

** In order to maintain the highest standards of safety, we must have two instructors for a party of 13 or more ladies. The presence of two instructors also allows participants to receive a higher quality of instruction and more personal attention.
